Among the nearby courses, semi-private Tomoka Oaks Golf & Country Club (6.1 miles) offers a traditional course with small, well bunkered greens. Though challenging from the 6,745 yard par 72 professional tees, Tomoka Oaks is also enjoyable from the front tees that cover 5,022 yards. River Bend Golf Club (7.8 miles) was completely renovated in 2005, River Bend is a perfect blend of surroundings combined with a competitive and scenic golf course layout. With no home sites, play among majestic oaks, red cedars, pines and magnolias.

The South golf course is the original 18 holes and is a Donald Ross design. Much of the originality of Mr. Ross' design is evident. It is a very sporty golf course; the tee shot being very forgiving, but approaches are demanding if you want to get close to the flag stick for a birdie attempt. Florida Oaks and tall pines with a little water are a great feature on this golf course.
The North golf course was built and designed by Slim Deathridge in 1946. Mr. Deathridge was Head Professional and Manager of the club at the time. He laid out the original routing of the golf course and supervised construction of the original 18. In 1997, the golf course was re-built. All greens, bunkers, and tees were redone. The result is a very challenging golf experience that winds its way through dense Florida oak and pine. There is more water in play and the greens offer more undulation on this course, which adds to a greater overall challenge. It is generally recognized that this course is the toughest test of the two courses.
Lighted Driving Range: The driving range is available 7 days a week, from the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Call to Pro-Shop @ 671-3509 to check on range conditions and the most current hours of operation. The Practice Chipping Green and Putting Green are available from dawn until dusk.

The 18-hole "Legends" course at the LPGA International facility in Daytona Beach, Florida features 6,984 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . The course rating is 74.5 and it has a slope rating of 138 on Bermuda grass.
LPGA International - Legends Course, designed by Arthur Hills, opened in the fall of 1994 and has hosted the ADT Season Ending Championship and annually hosts the LPGA Qualifying School. This spectacular layout provides the perfect balance of power, finesse and fun. With tight well-bunkered greens, undulating fairways and abundant hazards, this 6,984 yard layout requires strategy on each of the 18 holes.
